As you know France is famous for its gastronomy.
I was born in Burgundy, Burgundy is traditionally famous for its cattle farms, and its wines!
So I’m going to introduce you to one of the very gourmet dishes we eat as a family ” LE BŒUF BOURGUIGNON ” It takes its name from the two Burgundy products that make it up: beef and red wine.
It’s a long enough recipe to do with love!
Little advice :
The secret is to make the meat come back over high heat so that it is very golden or almost black. The more the dish has simmered very slowly with phases of rest, the better it will be (3 days is even better).
